Transport Type
Mega Tilt Transport
Extended-volume semi-trailers for voluminous, low-weight cargo. Internal height 3.00m and useful volume ≈100m³.
The Mega tilt semi-trailer is the extended-volume version of the standard tilt. With an internal height of about 3.00m (vs. 2.70m on standard) and a useful volume of around 100m³, it's the optimal choice when cargo takes up a lot of space but isn't very heavy. Typically loads larger quantities of voluminous pallets without exceeding the maximum gross vehicle weight.
Steady availability for full truckload (FTL). Useful volume ≈100m³, useful length 13.62m, useful width 2.48m, useful height 3.00m.

When to choose Mega over standard tilt
Cargo is more voluminous than heavy
If you fill the standard volume before reaching maximum payload, Mega lets you load more in the same trip.
Consolidate 2 deliveries into one
Extra volume can fit cargo from 2 clients in a single transport — savings per unit.
Fragile cargo with extra space
For sensitive cargo that can't take vertical pressure, the extra height allows for protective space.
Non-standard pallets
Taller industrial pallets fit without issue.

Frequently asked questions
What's the difference between Standard tilt and Mega?
Mega has about 30 cm extra useful height (3.00m vs 2.70m) and ~10m³ extra useful volume (100m³ vs 90m³). For payload (max weight), no significant difference — the limit remains the 40t maximum gross vehicle weight.
Can I load the same euro-pallets as standard?
Yes, exactly the same — 33 euro-pallets typical. The difference is in height: with Mega, pallets can be taller or cargo can be stacked higher on the pallet.
Does Mega cost more than standard?
Not significantly. Cost difference depends on the route and equipment availability. We customise the quote on request.
Is Mega suitable for heavy cargo (steel, prefab)?
No — for heavy goods, Mega offers no advantage over standard. The benefit is only for volume. For heavy cargo with special dimensions, see
Oversized Transport.
